How inscrutable are His judgments and how inscrutable are His ways (Romans 11:33b)
After Elijah went through difficult times, God commanded Elijah to go to Zarephath, a place for him to find food and shelter. Imagine Elijah's surprise when the widow who was expected to provide him with what he needed turned out to be a very poor widow. Even he and his son had believed that they would soon die of starvation.
Often Allah makes us wonder with His ways which are truly miraculous! The limitations of our understanding of Him can be described as like a fly flying from one pillar to another in a large and magnificent church building. What does this tiny bug know about this magnificent architectural masterpiece? All he knew was that there was a space between the rocks so he could fly around freely. Meanwhile, the beautiful carvings on the pillars are only high mountains and deep valleys, which block the view in front of him and hinder his progress.
As Christians we often only see the circumstances around us very limited and understand God's plan vaguely. Obstacles that cover our view and hinder our plans are actually part of God's beautiful work that is given to us.
Our Father in heaven knows exactly what He is doing. Even though His ways are unfathomable, He gives us confidence that everything will work out for our good if we trust Him -- HGB
ALLAH MAY HIDE THE PURPOSE OF HIS PLANS BUT HIS WAY ARE NEVER WITHOUT A PURPOSE
