LOVE EACH OTHER

Love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39)

The Carnegie Foundation has found that in order to be successful at work, relationship building skills are more important than knowledge. Research by the foundation shows that only 15 percent of a person's success is determined by knowledge and technical skills about the job. Another eighty-five percent is determined by personal attitude and ability to relate to others.

The Bible commands us to be "kind to one another, loving and forgiving one another, just as God in Christ has forgiven you" (Ephesians 4:32). In fact, the Bible tells us to love our “neighbor” as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). And our neighbors are not just people who live or work near us, but everyone we meet in our journey of life—especially those who need help.

So, being polite, considerate, and caring for others is a fundamental spiritual principle. It is also the most important guideline in having a fun and happy relationship. In fact, it is also the golden key to success at work.

Our goal is to imitate Christ's spirit to love others, solely based on the desire to obey God and not just the desire to succeed at work. More than that, our main task as believers is to embody and practice the character that loves others like our God —VCG

THOSE WHO LOVE GOD MUST LOVE THEIR NEIGHBORS
