CHILDREN'S FRIENDS

Jesus said, "Let the little children, do not hinder them from coming to me, for to such belongs the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 19:14)

Today, people around the world celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great storyteller Hans Christian Andersen. The lesson and passion contained in stories like The Ugly Duckling, The Mermaid and The Emperor's New Clothes are still considered a great gift to children everywhere.

However, I was reminded that Jesus Christ is children's greatest friend the world has ever known. No one has ever done more for those children than Jesus.
When the disciples of Jesus scolded those who brought little children to Him, the Lord said, "Let the children, do not prevent them from coming to Me, because such people possess the Kingdom of Heaven" ( Matthew 19:14).

Jesus valued children as valuable persons. After being hailed in Jerusalem, God accepts the praise of children and reminds those who criticize them that God has provided praise even "out of the mouths of babies and sucklings" (Matthew 21:16; Psalm 8 :3).

Friendship with the Savior is a privilege for all who believe in Him, who have the simple faith of a child. His loving hands and His tender heart are ready to embrace every child who accepts Him. He is willing to accept all those who open their hearts to Him wholeheartedly. He is the Children's Friend —DCM

THE CREATOR HID THE SECRETS FROM THE WISE MAN
BUT HE EXPOSED HIMSELF TO BE KNOWN BY THE CHILDREN
