Whoever has seen me has seen the Father (John 14:9)
When he was only thirteen years old, Yehudi Menuhin, a violinist, was invited to perform with the Berlin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra. With an average audience of well-known musicians, this young genius plays some of the most difficult compositions of Beethoven, Bach, and Brahms.
The response to the game was so overwhelming that the organizers called the police just in case the crowd got out of control. Albert Einstein, delighted to hear the boy's skill at playing his violin, managed to get past security and across the stage to the locker room. He embraced the wondrous violinist and exclaimed, "Now, I believe that there is a God in heaven!"
Although the beauty of music can be a testimony to the real existence of God, it takes more than concerts to convince us that there is indeed a God in heaven, namely the revelation of God in the person of Jesus Christ (John 14:9). Only through the supernatural life and ministry of Christ in the Gospels can we understand God with certainty. When we read the Bible intently, we are so fascinated that we can say, "Now we know that there is a God in heaven!"
When you have doubts, read the Bible, and feel how your faith will be renewed and strengthened -- VCG
