Let your life conform to the Gospel of Christ(Philippians 1:27)
The poem below, written by Paul Gilbert, is intended to encourage us as followers of Christ, so that we may be real and convincing witnesses to the glory of the Savior.
Indeed, sometimes our writing is produced from a bad pen. Perhaps the writing was so blurry and unreadable that God's message was not conveyed. Hannah More, a prominent 19th-century English preacher of the Good News, was at times discouraged by the quality of her spiritual writings. Although he ran a school for poor people who did not know Christ and wrote many tracts and hymns, he felt his ministry was not very successful.
On this he argues: "God sometimes likes to work with the most worthless of tools -- I think this is to dispel any shadow of doubt and that they are God's own work. This always makes me think of a great author. who writes with a very ugly pen."
However, we do not need to be discouraged. Allah, the Great Writer, is willing to use ugly pens like you and me to convey His message to the people around us.
Regardless of how we judge our own writing, let us continue to write while praying -- VCG
WE ARE NOT CALLED TO WORK FOR GOD BUT TO ALLOW GOD TO WORK THROUGH US
